Robuchon Opening Japanese in Monaco

Joel Robuchon opened his first Japanese-style restaurant, YOSHI, in Monte-Carlo at the end of last year. As per the Hotel Metropole website, YOSHI means “goodness” in Japanese. Also, the restaurant accompanies a Japanese-style garden. The head chef Takeo Yamazaki and Robuchon are smiling with chopsticks in their hands at the top page of the website. What is next one for him? How about “SUNAO” as its name?
